Step 1 of 2
Does this sound like you?
Set up the accounts, updates, security, browser, email, essential software, and preferences that make the computer useful from the first day.
Work through one clear setup problem, such as an account, email, a browser, an essential application, a confusing prompt, or a missed setting.
Adjust display scaling, text, accessibility, privacy, notifications, startup behavior, and the everyday tools you rely on.
Defined outcomes
Review sign-in, recovery, critical updates, built-in security, device finding where supported, and automatic-backup settings.
Connect Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, browser, email, selected software, privacy settings, notifications, and display or accessibility preferences.
Verify the important functions, explain basic file locations and key settings, and receive a written completion summary.
Eligibility first
Good fit
This service works when the computer can reach normal setup or the desktop, connect to the internet, and you can access the accounts you need.
Not covered
We pause when files must move, hardware or the operating system has failed, malware is involved, or a managed device needs authorized IT support.
A clear process
Review the computer, your daily needs, the accounts available, and the essential outcomes before changing settings.
Work through access, protection, connectivity, essential software, privacy, notifications, display, and accessibility while you operate the computer.
Check the important functions, explain where to find the essentials, and document what was completed and what needs separate attention.
One clear price
One fixed-price session for an eligible personal computer setup. We confirm fit before payment; repair, malware, data migration, business IT, printer, and network work remain outside this service.
$109
For one eligible new, replacement, reset, or pre-owned Windows computer or Mac that needs its core accounts, updates, software, security, and personal settings ready for daily use.
Privacy and control
You stay in control of passwords, PINs, recovery codes, and account choices throughout the session.
We do not take custody of the computer, remotely bypass security, or make personal decisions on your behalf.
You receive a concise summary of the completed settings, verified functions, and any remaining next step.
Before and after booking
The goal is a computer that is securely accessible, connected, personalized, and ready for the everyday work and life you need it for.
We explain the boundary before payment whenever possible and route data movement, cleanup, repair, recovery, or business IT work to the correct next step.
