Questions answered
Yes. The launch service supports eligible personal Windows computers and Macs using their standard account, security, communication, privacy, and accessibility settings.
Data movement, backups, restores, and migrations belong to Backup & Transfer. We can configure the new computer after the transfer is complete.
The full setup includes up to five essential applications. Specialized business software, complex email archives, licensed applications with unusual requirements, and open-ended app support are outside the defined service.
