Scope and privacy

A defined cleanup service with your decisions at the center

Photo & Storage Cleanup reduces and organizes existing clutter. It is not deleted-data recovery, an unlimited digital-organizing project, photo editing, malware removal, or a guarantee of a specific amount of free space.

What a guided session can include

  • Storage assessment, photo-library review, cloud-versus-local explanation, and identification of high-impact clutter.
  • Customer-approved cleanup of screenshots, large videos, downloads, duplicate candidates, redundant local copies, or appropriate offloads.
  • Before-and-after available-space review plus a written explanation of the actions and maintenance settings that matter.

When Backup & Transfer should come first

  • Important files exist only on one unstable device, or a backup, transfer, migration, or consolidation is needed first.
  • Files were already deleted, the device is failing, accounts cannot be accessed, or recovery or repair is required.
  • The request is a complete photo archive, business-records project, photo editing job, or unlimited computer reorganization.
