Guided remote device troubleshooting

Help with one everyday device problem, while you stay in control

Choose your phone, tablet, or computer. We confirm the issue fits before payment, guide each step while you operate the device, and finish with a verified result or a clear next step.

  • One device, one problem
  • You enter every password
  • Fit confirmed before payment

Choose your device

Start with the device in front of you

You do not need to diagnose the cause first. Choose the device, describe the one problem that is getting in the way, and we will confirm whether guided troubleshooting is appropriate.

How guided troubleshooting works

You operate the device. We guide the next decision.

The session is deliberately bounded: one eligible issue, one device, and a clear completion standard. We never ask you to hand over passwords or leave your device unattended.

  1. Step 1

    Describe one problem

Tell us what you see, which device is affected, and whether you can join a call or use a second device.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm fit and schedule

We check the issue, boundaries, and session readiness before payment.

  3. Step 3

    Work through and verify

You make each change. Together, we verify the result or document the likely cause and safe next step.

Clear scope

Troubleshooting is not setup, repair, or unlimited support

This service helps investigate and work through one everyday problem on a working personal device. If the job belongs to another service or specialist, we make that clear before you pay.

A guided session can include

  • One clearly described, eligible everyday problem on one personal device.
  • Guided help while you operate the device and enter every password, code, and approval yourself.
  • A verified result where possible, or a documented likely cause and safe next step.

A guided session cannot include

  • Physical repair, hardware failure, liquid damage, carrier intervention, or a no-power device.
  • Password or account recovery, security bypassing, malware remediation, deleted-data recovery, or full migration.
  • Business IT, managed devices without authorization, multiple unrelated issues, or ongoing technical support.

Need a new, reset, or replacement device configured? Choose Device Setup. Need to move, restore, or protect data? Choose Backup & Transfer. Need help sorting storage or photos? Choose Photo & Storage Cleanup.

Booking for someone else

Coordinate help for a parent or loved one, with their privacy intact

You can arrange or pay for a session. The person using the device remains present, controls the device and credentials, and chooses whether a written handoff is shared with you.
