🇺🇸Guided remotely by a U.S.-based support team

Get help with your printer

Step 1 of 2

Start with the basics.

We use this to review your request and contact you about next steps.

+1

Does this sound like you?

Your printer is not connecting, printing, or scanning normally

A wireless printer will not connect to Wi-Fi

Work through the supported printer app, network connection, and device discovery steps together.

Your printer shows offline or will not print

Check ordinary software, queue, discovery, and device-connection causes while the printer remains in front of you.

You need to print from a phone, tablet, or computer

Connect the printer to one primary device and test the intended printing path where the hardware and software allow it.

Defined outcomes

Know what is connected and what to do next

A supported printer path

Identify whether the problem is setup, connection, supported software, ordinary offline behavior, or likely hardware.

A working connection where possible

Guide driver or app setup, Wi-Fi connection, device discovery, and basic print or scan configuration while you operate everything.

A test and clear next step

Complete a test print when possible and document what remains if the printer needs supplies, repair, warranty, or manufacturer support.

Eligibility first

Make sure the printer is ready for guided help before you pay

Good fit

The printer powers on and has supplies ready

This service can help when the printer is physically present, powered, reachable, and you can stay with it during the guided session.

  • The printer powers on, is physically accessible, and has paper and ink or toner available for testing.
  • You can remain present, operate the printer and device, and enter account or Wi-Fi credentials yourself.
  • The goal is personal printing or scanning from a supported phone, tablet, or computer.

Not covered

The printer needs physical repair or unavailable software

Mechanical failures, parts, ink or toner replacement, warranty claims, unsupported drivers, and business print systems need another support path.

  • The printer has a mechanical, paper-feed, printhead, ink, toner, display, or other physical hardware fault.
  • The request requires parts, warranty service, manufacturer escalation, unsupported drivers, or a business print fleet or print server.
  • The printer or required device cannot remain powered, connected, or available for the guided session.

A clear process

What happens during a guided printer session

  1. 01

    Describe the printer setup

Tell us the brand, model, network, device you are using, and the exact printing or connection symptom.

  2. 02

    Confirm fit and schedule

We confirm the printer powers on, the required device is available, and the request fits a guided remote session before payment.

  3. 03

    Connect and test

You operate the printer and device while we guide the supported steps, then test printing or document the next action.

Clear package choices

Choose the printer session that fits the problem

Prices are fixed before booking. We confirm the printer, operating system, network, and session conditions before payment.

  • No hardware promises

We can guide supported software and connection steps, but we do not claim to repair mechanical failures or replace parts remotely.

Before and after booking

A defined printer service, with clear limits

What guided Printer Help is designed to do

The goal is a supported personal printer connected to the device and network you want to use. This is not physical repair, a warranty claim, or business print administration.

  • Review the printer, network, operating system, and primary device involved in the printing problem.
  • Guide supported app, driver, Wi-Fi, discovery, queue, printing, or basic scanning steps while you operate the equipment.
  • Test the intended print or scan path where possible and document the safest next step when supplies, hardware, or manufacturer support is required.

What happens if the printer cannot continue

We explain the boundary before payment whenever possible and identify whether the next step belongs with the manufacturer, provider, or a repair specialist.

  • We confirm one-printer fit, equipment readiness, and session scope before payment.
  • We do not ask for or store Wi-Fi passwords, manufacturer credentials, recovery codes, or payment information.
  • If the printer is mechanically failing or unsupported, we explain the appropriate manufacturer, warranty, or repair next step instead of extending the session indefinitely.

Questions answered

Printer help FAQs

Can you set up a new wireless printer?

Yes, when the printer powers on, has paper and ink or toner, the home network is available, and the required device can join the guided session.

Can you fix a printer that says offline?

We can investigate ordinary connection, discovery, queue, app, and driver causes. A mechanical failure, missing supply, unsupported driver, or damaged printer needs another support path.

Can you help me print from an iPhone or iPad?

Yes, when the printer and Apple device are supported and the printer connection is the focus. If the printer already works and you only want general iPad instruction, Personal Tech Help may fit better.

Can you replace ink, toner, or printer parts?

No. We can help identify a supply or hardware limit, but replacement parts, ink, toner, paper-feed repairs, and warranty work are outside this remote service.

Do I need to share my printer account password?

No. You enter any required password or verification code yourself. Do not submit it in the request form, chat, or email.
