We use this to review your request and contact you about next steps.

+1

Does this sound like you?

Your home network is not connecting the way you expect

You bought a router, gateway, extender, or mesh node

Work through basic consumer setup and connect the personal devices you need to use every day.

Your Wi-Fi password or equipment changed

Reconnect eligible phones, tablets, computers, printers, TVs, or other personal devices after a network change.

One or more devices will not connect

Investigate ordinary connection symptoms while separating device-side problems from network, provider, or hardware limits.

Defined outcomes

Leave with a clearer, tested home connection

A supported network path

Identify whether the issue is a basic network setting, a device connection, a provider condition, or an equipment limit.

Customer-approved changes

You tap, click, enter passwords, and approve each setting while we guide the appropriate steps.

A verified result or next step

Test the intended connection where possible and document what should happen next if the issue needs provider or hardware help.

Eligibility first

Make sure the network is ready for guided help before you pay

Good fit

Your router or gateway is powered and accessible

This service can help when you can reach the equipment, stay present during the session, and enter your own Wi-Fi or provider credentials.

  • The router, gateway, or network equipment is powered on and physically accessible to you.
  • You can remain present, operate the devices, and enter Wi-Fi, provider, or account credentials yourself.
  • The goal is basic home-network setup or connection help for personal devices.

Not covered

The provider, wiring, or hardware needs attention first

Outages, billing, physical wiring, dead equipment, advanced network administration, and whole-property signal guarantees need another support path.

  • The internet provider must resolve an outage, activation, billing, service-level, or account problem.
  • The request requires physical cable installation, electrical work, a signal survey, dead hardware replacement, or a whole-property coverage guarantee.
  • The network is business-managed or requires servers, VLANs, enterprise security, advanced routing, or managed IT administration.

A clear process

What happens during a guided Wi-Fi session

  1. 01

    Describe the home setup

Tell us about the provider equipment, router, extender, affected device, and exact connection symptom.

  2. 02

    Confirm fit and schedule

We confirm the equipment is accessible, powered, and eligible for a guided remote session before payment.

  3. 03

    Connect and verify

You make each change while we guide the session, then test the intended device connection and document the result.

Clear package choices

Choose the Wi-Fi session that fits the setup

Prices are fixed before booking. We confirm the network, equipment, and session conditions before payment.

Before and after booking

A defined Wi-Fi service, with clear limits

What guided Home Wi-Fi Help is designed to do

The goal is a basic, understandable home connection for eligible personal devices. This is not ISP support, physical installation, advanced networking, or hardware repair.

  • Review the router, gateway, extender, or mesh setup and the device connection that matters most.
  • Guide supported network and device-side changes while you operate the equipment and enter credentials.
  • Test the intended connection and document the likely cause or safest next step when the issue cannot be completed remotely.

What happens if the network cannot continue

We explain the boundary before payment whenever possible and identify whether the next step belongs with your provider, equipment manufacturer, or a specialist.

  • We confirm one-home-network fit, equipment readiness, and session scope before payment.
  • We do not ask for or store Wi-Fi passwords, provider credentials, recovery codes, or payment information.
  • If the provider, wiring, or hardware is the limiting factor, we explain the appropriate next step instead of extending the session indefinitely.

Questions answered

Home Wi-Fi help FAQs

Can you set up my new router?

Possibly. We can guide basic consumer router or gateway setup when the equipment is powered, accessible, supported, and your provider activation is already complete. We do not perform physical wiring or ISP account activation.

Can you fix slow Wi-Fi everywhere in my home?

We can review basic settings, device connections, and common placement or extender questions. We cannot guarantee whole-property coverage or perform an on-site signal survey remotely.

Can you connect my printer to Wi-Fi?

Yes, when the printer is the main focus or part of a combined Home Connectivity Session. For printer-specific setup and printing problems, the Printer Help page may be the better starting point.

Do I need to share my Wi-Fi password?

No. You enter the password yourself while we guide you. Do not submit it in the request form, chat, or email.

Is this business network support?

No. This service is for personal home networks. Business networks, servers, managed devices, advanced routing, and enterprise security need an appropriate IT provider.
