A new hire needs a working computer
Accounts, applications, and access still need to be configured before the employee can begin productive work.
Per-employee event
Prepare one employee using an approved checklist—either a one-time application and access list or standards from Device Operations Setup. You approve the plan; we coordinate execution, verification, and documentation so HR or leadership is not managing every step.
Use this when one employee needs a prepared company computer and your organization can approve a clear checklist for that hire. You are paying for a ready, verified, documented handoff—not merely installing applications.
Accounts, applications, and access still need to be configured before the employee can begin productive work.
An employee needs a rebuilt or newly assigned computer without an extended period of informal internal support.
The requirement is approved business access and a completion record, not a basic store setup that installs a few applications.
One employee prepared on one primary computer against an approved checklist, with verification and a written completion summary.
Applications, email, storage, and security settings prepared against the agreed one-time checklist or existing role standards.
Session coordination with the employee and administrator while they operate the device and enter credentials.
Included items checked, device assignment recorded, and exceptions documented for follow-up.
Device Operations Setup is not required. A one-time approved list for this hire is enough. If you already have role standards, we follow those. We help clarify this employee’s requirements—we do not design your company-wide device process in this engagement.
If every hire means rediscovering requirements, or devices and access are inconsistent across the company, start with Device Operations Setup instead. You can still request an urgent employee setup when that hire’s checklist is clear.
Clear criteria so organizations can determine suitability before requesting setup.
Recommended when
Someone can unlock the device, approve a one-time checklist or existing role profile, and join a guided remote session with an authorized administrator available as needed.
Not recommended when
This service does not replace hardware repair, forensic recovery, unlimited help desk coverage, or Device Operations Setup.
Remote guidance while your employee and administrators operate the device and enter credentials.
Agree on the device, approved applications or role profile, migration needs, and who authorizes account changes.
Coordinate with the employee and administrator as needed while they operate the device and enter credentials.
Confirm access, note remaining items, update records, and send the completion summary.
Published pricing applies when the employee, device, approved applications, administrator, and timing meet the service limits below. We confirm these details before scheduling.

Additions
Yes. Submitting a request is free. Published package pricing applies after we confirm the employee, device, approved checklist, administrator, and timing meet the service limits.
This is a fixed-price device-operations or employee-transition project with defined deliverables—not a monthly per-user retainer, infrastructure administration, or continuous help desk.
No. Company contacts and employees enter passwords and MFA themselves. Credentials are not retained.
Payment is requested after the included work for that engagement is confirmed. Requests and the Initial Consultation have no cost.
Retail setup makes a machine operational and may install a few applications. This engagement prepares the employee’s approved business environment, verifies included items, and delivers a completion record—so internal staff are not coordinating every step.
No. You can request employee setup with a one-time approved application and access list. If you already have documented role profiles and device procedures, we follow those. If requirements are inconsistent or need to be created across the company, Device Operations Setup may be the better first step.
A single setup can still proceed when a manager can clearly approve the checklist for that employee. We can organize the information needed for that hire, but we do not use the $450 engagement to design the company’s entire technology process—that belongs in Device Operations Setup.
Yes. Three or more employees are priced as a coordinated project so preparation and documentation are handled together. Clear requirements for each role are still required; volume alone does not require Device Operations Setup.
Share the employee, assigned computer, approved applications or role profile, and whether migration is needed. We’ll confirm fit and schedule after review. Do not include passwords.
