Pixel 11 Pro screen snapshot
Pixel 11 Pro has a 6.3-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 1280 × 2856 resolution, and 495 PPI. Smooth Display supports a variable 1–120 Hz range, with HDR support, a contrast ratio greater than 2,000,000:1, and full 24-bit color. Cover glass is Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 with an anti-scratch shield.

What you will notice in actual use
The 495 PPI panel should keep text and fine interface details sharp. The tall 20:9 shape is common for phone content, although some videos may show unused space at the sides. The LTPO OLED panel can use lower refresh rates for suitable static content, while individual OLED pixels can switch off for dark scenes.
Outdoor brightness is a strong point, with peak figures that depend on the test condition. If flicker or touch feel matters to you, try the phone at your normal brightness before you commit.
Outdoor visibility and HDR brightness
Brightness is rated up to 2,400 nits in HDR and up to 3,600 nits peak. The peak figure uses a 5% on-pixel ratio, so it is a small-window highlight rating rather than a sustained full-screen sunlight level.
Tom’s Guide measured 2,860 nits peak. TechRadar cites the same 3,600-nit outdoor / 2,400-nit HDR ratings. Different tests, not one outdoor score: the screen can get very bright in some modes.
It supports HDR. Specific formats are not named, so check your streaming apps if that matters.
Motion, OLED contrast, and viewing comfort
The 1–120 Hz Smooth Display range lets Pixel 11 Pro use lower refresh rates for suitable static content and higher rates for compatible scrolling and animation. Movement can look smoother when the active refresh rate is higher. Not every app, game, or video will reach 120 Hz.
As an OLED display, it can turn individual pixels off, which supports deep blacks and strong dark-scene contrast.
We do not have a solid PWM figure for this model. If you are sensitive to flicker, try the phone at the brightness levels you normally use.
Front glass and screen protectors
Cover glass is Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 with an anti-scratch shield. Google claims the coating offers more than twice the previous generation’s scratch resistance; treat that as a marketing claim, not a lab result.
A screen protector mainly helps reduce scratches and front-glass scuffs. It will not stop cracks from a hard drop, and it does not change OLED wear behavior.
